===== Article I - Chair Responsibilities =====
==== Section 1. Committee Meetings ====
  - The Chair plans at least one committee meeting at the beginning of the semester.
    - Hold a committee meeting to go over the events the Chapter should attend the semester and other events that the Chapter might be interested in.
  - The Chair plans any other necessary committee meetings. 
==== Section 2. Weekly events ====
  - The Chair should know the major events that are happening on campus.
  - The Chair is expected to choose an event each week to be “Event of the Week” and inform the Chapter during the weekly meetings.
    - The event should be hosted by Michigan Technological University or another campus organization.

===== Article II - Committee Responsibilities =====
==== Section 1. Participating in Events ====
  - Campus Involvement will sign the Chapter up to participate in campus events such as Orientation week, K-Day, Homecoming, Winter Carnival, and Spring Fling.
    - Make sure that the Chapter is interested in the event and that there are enough people to attend.
    - The Chair or someone delegated by the Chair needs to register the Chapter for these events. 
  - Update the committee and Chapter with major updates on the event.
  - Be on time and prepared.
    - Make sure to have a sign up sheet presented during the weekly meetings to have Brothers attend. 
    - Delegate any event preparation amongst the attendees and Campus Involvement Committee as needed.
==== Section 2. Updating Events Calendar ====
  - The Chair or someone appointed by the Chair is responsible for updating the Events Calendar.
    - Update events if the information is changed.
    - Include the date, time, location, and description of the event as needed.

  - The Events Calendar is found on a Trello Board.
