Policies ==== - A policy is a document that reflects the expectations and responsibilities of a particular process or system. This outlines what is done in the present for posterity. - The committee is to write and update policies for E-Board, Chapter committees, the election process, annual events, and any other significant processes or systems. - Prioritize writing policies that do not exist over non-major updates on other policies. - Policies must be voted in by the Chapter with a simple majority. - When amendments are made to policies and bylaws, they are recorded in the Amendment Log. ==== Section 2. Bylaws ==== - Bylaws are the rules that we have created for ourselves that we must adhere to. - The committee is to know the Bylaws and their purposes.
