===== Article I - Chair Responsibilities =====
==== Section 1. Bylaws ====
  - The Chair(s) is expected to have read the Chapter By-Laws. 
    - They should be able to explain the By-Laws to others and make sure that the Chapter follows its rules.
==== Section 2. Policy Website ====
  - The Chair is required to upload and update policies onto the National Policy website as they change.
    - Only the Chair and NITC have access on the website.

===== Article II - Committee Responsibilities =====
==== Section 1. Policies ====
  - A policy is a document that reflects the expectations and responsibilities of a particular process or system. This outlines what is done in the present for posterity.
  - The committee is to write and update policies for E-Board, Chapter committees, the election process, annual events, and any other significant processes or systems.
    - Prioritize writing policies that do not exist over non-major updates on other policies.
  - Policies must be voted in by the Chapter with a simple majority.
  - When amendments are made to policies and bylaws, they are recorded in the Amendment Log.
==== Section 2. Bylaws ====
  - Bylaws are the rules that we have created for ourselves that we must adhere to.
  - The committee is to know the Bylaws and their purposes. If those purposes no longer align with the Brotherhood’s, they are to propose amendments.
  - Amendments to the Bylaws require ⅔ of the active Brotherhood voting in favor to be adopted.

  - Policy Maintenance has a Trello Board to organize the policies that they are working on.
  - Policy Maintenance has a guidebook.
