Weekly events ==== - Communications Chair or authorized committee member approves posts and posters before they are posted to make sure that the post follows the posting guidelines: - The post or poster does not include offensive content, including but not limited to sexist, racist, ableist, ageist, homophobic, overly sexual, or hateful content. - All people in the focus of picture(s) or video(s) have consented to having themselves be included in the post. - For social media posts, tag other organizations and individuals who are in the picture(s) or video(s) as requested. ===== Article II - Committee Responsibilities ===== ==== Section 1. Keep Social Media Updated ==== - Plan and propose ideas for social media posts. - Ensure that the post is following University and Fraternity policies. - Update social media with major Brotherhood events, general Brother activities, or miscellaneous posts. - Have discussion to take down any posts if requested by any party or immediately if there is sufficient reason. ==== Section 2. Table Tents and Posters ==== - Table tents have to be pre-approved by Michigan Technological University before being placed and are approved by a first come, first serve basis for all organizational or promotional material they receive. - Follow Michigan Technological University posting guidelines for posters on campus. ===== Article III - Committee Resources ===== ==== Section 1.
