1. The Chair plans at least one committee meeting at the beginning of the semester.

   1. Hold a committee meeting to go over the events the Chapter should attend the semester and other events that the Chapter might be interested in.
2. The Chair plans any other necessary committee meetings.

1. The Chair should know the major events that are happening on campus.
2. The Chair is expected to choose an event each week to be “Event of the Week” and inform the Chapter during the weekly meetings.

   1. The event should be hosted by Michigan Technological University or another campus organization.

1. Campus Involvement will sign the Chapter up to participate in campus events such as Orientation week, K-Day, Homecoming, Winter Carnival, and Spring Fling.

   1. Make sure that the Chapter is interested in the event and that there are enough people to attend.
   2. The Chair or someone delegated by the Chair needs to register the Chapter for these events.
2. Update the committee and Chapter with major updates on the event.
3. Be on time and prepared.

   1. Make sure to have a sign up sheet presented during the weekly meetings to have Brothers attend.
   2. Delegate any event preparation amongst the attendees and Campus Involvement Committee as needed.

1. The Chair or someone appointed by the Chair is responsible for updating the Events Calendar.

   1. Update events if the information is changed.
   2. Include the date, time, location, and description of the event as needed.

1. The Events Calendar is found on a Trello Board.
